Hope you had a blast during Chinese new year like i did. Who doesn't love CNY where all you need to do is eat, drink , dress prettily and collect Ang Baos ( Not so joyous for married couples i guess :/ )
So anyway, I'm back with another recipe and today I'm going to show you how to make vegetarian chicken pot pie. This recipe is actually pretty easy to make. You literally just need to throw everything into a pot and *TADAHH* your fillings are done. Now, put on the pastry sheet and bake it in the oven and there you have it, a delicious meal in less than an hour.

Just in case you're wondering, I purchased the vegetarian chicken from friendly vegetarian but it is also available at most vegetarian products retail stores.
