Episode 11 - Pan-fried Vegan Meaty Prawn Dumplings | 煎素雞肉蝦餃

There's no better way to celebrate Vesak day than uploading another vegan recipe ;)

This week, I'm showing you how to make my version of vegan meaty prawn dumplings!
The great thing about dumplings is that they taste divine no matter what sorts of filings you put in them.

There are different ways to cook the dumplings and in this video I'm pan frying them but you can boil, steam ,deep fried or even make them into pot stickers. The options are limitless.

It's also interesting that if you're using a different type of skin wrapper and fold them in a different way they're called wantons!

Stay tuned, I'm definitely going to come up with different variations of dumplings soon!

Episode 10 - Vegetarian Avocado Soya Toast | 鱷梨果起司吐司

Hey Guys

Sorry, it seems like ages since i last posted a recipe :/
Today I'm sharing with you my all time favorite snack made in 15 minutes.

Watch the video walk through here:

Recipe available below:

The secret ingredient for the toast will be the mayonnaise. It keeps the avocado moist while adding on to the creaminess. Ohhhhh this cheezy loveliness. <3

And Emrm, avocado is also one of the super food so i guess this toast is pretty healthy too =P

Episode 9 - Vegan Okonomiyaki | 全素什錦燒

Hellooooooo,

I'm back with another vegan recipe :D

Today, we will be making okonomiyaki. What's best about this recipe it's that you can throw in whatever vegetables you have in your fridge and it will taste as good.

As I'm making this recipe vegan friendly, i wont be adding eggs in the batter. Instead, we'll just use 2 ingredients for the batter - flour and water. As long as you cook it long enough you wont taste the flour at all.

Watch the video tutorial here:

Get the recipe here:

The sauce that I'm using in this recipe is my make shift okonomiyaki sauce.
I adore this sauce as it's simple, quick and hassle free.
However, do let me know if you would like to see me make vegan Japanese Worcestershire/ Takoyaki/ Okonomiyaki sauce.
